Grants

In 2009 the Australian Government introduced the Fresh Ideas for Work and Family grants program to support Australian small businesses to implement practices that help employees balance their work and family obligations, as well as improve employee retention and productivity.

We were lucky enough to be one of the grateful recipients of the grant, which has provided us with funding to enable us to finalise Olivia's room so that she can come to work with us three days a week, as well as set up processes for working from home. The grant has provided us with a wonderful opportunity to further continue our growth as a flexible working family!
